Good selection and service
very friendly people, they didn't have exactly what I needed but used their contacts to get it for me.
I tried to make a substantial lumber purchase. They said they could get it, next week, and we agreed. Then he spoke with a manager that said they could not get it at all. I asked to speak to the manager, so that I could see what they could get that might work for me. He said that the manager was busy. That manager was not too busy to have a conversation through the employee, but was too busy to speak directly. Poor business operation. This would have been a $4000 sale for them. I guess that is not enough for the manager. I would put more competent people in my customer facing positions.
